When choosing English story books, you can consider the following questions:

Can you easily identify the central character?

Are there events that interest you to inspire you to continue reading?

What do you consider an appropriate length for the story - too short or too long?

Layout - fonts, headings, does each page increase or decrease your enthusiasm while reading?

Is it supported by illustrations that your young readers will enjoy seeing?

Like or shy to write your own diary, write something about yourself or talk to someone about yourself in English?

Write something in your own language and then try to translate it into English. Repeat what is said in English and write it down again and again.

In English, read the sentence/s you can read over and over again and say it with the people around you.

Those who are very weak in English should start reading from children's textbooks and try to master them to increase vocabulary. And make new sentences with those words.
